I think we can all agree dilution and insider selling is not on the agenda for BICX. I have been invested for 3 years and the outstanding shares have increased very little with 20mm+ shares bought back and canceled last year. Compared to most penny stocks this is unheard of and I believe management/directors have shareholder interest in mind. IMHO
