Jerry,

Thank you for your investment and we appreciate your concern. I just spoke with management and you are correct on the shares outstanding. I was going off the most recent filing and had not contacted the TA. The majority of the shares were exercised options by management which are restricted shares. The other small portion may have gone to consultants. The filings showing the increase in shares will be available to the public as soon as they are filed. This is not a cause for concern as I stated before, the majority is with the directors who are held to restrictions under rule 144. What should also allow you to rest assure, is that this company is only authorized to 200 mm shares and does not intend to increase to that amount, but rather move the other direction. Issuing shares is a necessity for people to be paid, acquisitions, and funding etc. when it comes to emerging growth companies.
