Well, I certainly understand your comment. I too had to work 33 years to bring home the money. I also wish we were on a ligit exchange so we could have Options, Stops etc.
We have to realize that there are those that make their money by smashing and bashing for as little as pennies. For example at 10:47AM today 66 shares were Bought/Sold for $0.0079 and at 11:05AM 1001 Shares were Bought/Sold for $0.008. (I have L2) Did the inherent/actual value of the company assets actually change during that time. No!
When the insiders are offered an incentive to preform in the form of stock and the purchase price is good for an extended time (Form 4s) I think it is a GOOD sign.
