I never expected all the information to be updated/released at the same time. Matt said Q1 on the website. Matt's reply gave timeframe of March 31-April 15.
First information released on March 31, means Matt met his target of Q1 to start updating shareholders!
Filings can be released on 03/31, but the rest of the timing for removal of the CE is up to otcmarkets.com.
The share price is higher without PR's, so a couple of weeks doesn't matter one way or another.
If people are flipping for 1-2 ticks, they'll continue to do so whether there's news or not, and if people are doing a buy-and-hold strategy they'll do that whether there's news or not.
