It has broke out. Gapped to breakout area on the open, had a strong day closing at the high on good volume. Could be a similar play as $TRTC was today. The momo will probably carry it higher then consolidation around mid day range, maybe. One thing to look for on momo when looking for a top is big volume out of nowhere (intraday chart - 15min. or less) without consolidation. If that makes any sense.
