Careful with NYNY. Another poster brought it up this past fall I believe when it was around 6 or 7. You and half of Sullivan County are waiting for that casino. I think there are still pending lawsuits, but it does look like they crossed another hurdle. Good luck and don't stay in the stock too long if you get that "pop".
