Ram, may I suggest you reconcile the first Regdex filing for $1,000,000 with the trading activity during 2004. O,K, let me do that for you. Keep in mind that Mr. Hilal likely (as he had prior to the RS) stated a "strike price" that the shares were to be converted at. Even if he didn't and you use the lowest share price during 2004 of .001 this equals 1B shares. Mr. Hilal has been "sandbagging". Lars
