what exit point? I am not exited on NWBO yet, dont forget when I first posted to this group along with AGEN back in the old days, my first entry was at $1 pre split, means it needs to hit $16(1:16 RS) first to get to first entry, back then it was phase 1, today its nearly approved.

go figure, $160 is not far fetched, but step by step, first lets go to $1B, then $5B, then we creep higher with more results!

It's hard to sell even part of your position because you might see it hit its head on some price and start coming down only to have another fund come in and buy 200,000 shares bumping the price another 5%. I think it's best to just ride these waves out and see where she lands later in the week.
