Yes, I think Obama knows that without the GSE's printing money like they are, the illusion of his administration "fixing the economy" is over. However, it probably wont matter since what has happened to the GSE's is illegal and the courts should rule in our favor.

That is what I have been saying for some time now. With a cash strapped govt. like ours it's no way they are going to give up the cash cows willingly. Since FnF have been demonized or are the "Bad Guy" the administration will point out how FNF are paying their fair share and getting what they deserve. Even though the tax payer won't see a dime of it some will be all for it. Legal or not.
