Ive requested to have this information stickied. Hopefully they will. I guarantee there are many uneducated investors out there that assume if they purchase by the 18th they are golden. Many will be sorely disappointed and will inevitably sell, because people want the free shares and free money. It would be a shame to see this happen and possibly kill momentum...
May I just add that if I were Koos I would wait on any FDA announcement tell after the the divi As to catch every one again chasing !! But this as always is just my opinion
