Another crazy point about this who contacted whom and were and when... if you read the 8-K AEGY said that they received the CTO from ASC on Jan 16th. I'd like to know how they recived it and I think its funny that the ASC was able to reach them with the CTO and not able to reply to the 8-K.
Over the years I have noticed that the Canadian agencies can get a bug up their a@@ toward US companies and make life really hard for them. You see this all the time with mining stocks. The SEC tends to be more fare...from what I have seen AEGY is a fully reporting company and I don't think there is a current problem with the SEC
