KWM1954, I agree with you that debate and questioning the company on it's actions is a very healthy and important thing.
The important thing to note is one has to have factual information to question/debate not just supposition which is what many on this board are operating under right now. There's been no factual information put forth by the company or dredged up in the last month or so which leaves everyone to debate rumor, innuendo and then spin those thoughts to what they want people to believe be it positive or negative.
As for Ms. Slader? We have a PR stating she was hired. We have one person who says they recently confirmed through IR she is still working for L5.
To counter this we have a RUMOR started that she left L5 all based off a web profile.
Until such a time as L5 announces a change in her status one should lean towards the fact she's employed by or working for L5.

Why does everyone here that disagrees with or Questioning the
the company on any of it's actions or none actions right away get told, "If you don't like it, sell and move on"...

I have the same sentiment towards certain members of this board. If your not saying "to da moon" 10 times a day or multiple pennies by EOM, then your a basher and know nothing.
I mentioned the possibility of Slader moving on yesterday and I was an instant A-hole. Now that it may be a reality, all of a sudden its till good news. The no show at the Expo is somehow good news too.
People may have a different opinion, it does not make them a basher. Simply a different point of view.

I am hopeful we will be off to the races next week with some good news, but am also prepared for no news along with a PPS decline possibility. Who knows what will happen, thats the beauty of pennies.

I'm not in love with this stock, but have a pretty solid man crush on it.

Be open minded people.

Hey, no argument here on having the discussion, the bashers have disappeared and we've been having some more healthy discussion amongst investors.

We do know for a fact that Slader was hired by Power Brands to handle accounts for Level 5, she acknowledged as much several times on her Twitter account in responses to investors who wished her well and even posted that L5 would be really looking good in 2014, but her LinkedIn account was never updated to reflect this. When the company went silent after the PR that they had signed key accounts and they were legally obligated to keep some things from public view, Slader's Twitter was set to private.

So now her LinkedIn shows she has a position with New Dutch Water Company in New York, but the Power Brands position has never been added, as either a current or former position to her profile. Darin Ezra, the head of Power Brands and one of our board members, does have recommendations for her experience though on her profile. Power Brands also just so happened to open a New York office in the same time frame that Slader now has a position that brings her to New York? Hmm...

At worst she is no longer with Power Brands anymore, but with Power Brands now also coincidentally in NYC, it could very well be that New Dutch Water is now a client of PB in New York and she moved to handle that account or she is wearing different hats and doing that while also working on the L5 accounts she has to legally be publicly silent about. Either way if we got a whole bunch of accounts and have all we can handle, she needs to do something else for now.

Don't forget too that us MINErs are some crazy investors, per our Chairman we almost lost Avanzar and destroyed our first market because investors were showing up at the distributor in person and calling them. A lot of people were posting on Slader's Twitter account as well about the company, so I think a combination of the gag order and constant contact from MINErs led her to make her account private and probably not add the L5/Power Brands info to her LinkedIn account until things settle down.

Just my opinion, but if she has moved on or just working on other stuff (possibly still for Power Brands), Power Brands is suddenly expanding to the East Coast and their CEO is on our board and we are working on one of his products, so that is the most important connection and they now have an East Coast office.

Agreed. The problem is that people who are not really longs/investors (or who are a-long for the ride or who are simply nasty charterers) get really worried about the day to day PPS. When they sense someone may be threatening that they get upset and react loudly in order to paint that person as a basher (which we all know do exist.) That way people won't get scared and panic sell and lower the PPS. Also, people who do not believe in the companies fundamentals but are just along for the ride will get really irritated if they perceive that 'negative' things are being said. Then you have people who are rude...sigh, thick skin takes care of them.

The best thing to do is invest based on DD and keep doing DD the whole time you are invested then you will know when to hold'em know when to fold'em, know when to walk away and know when to run (thank you Mr. Kenny Rogers for that bit of wisdom.)

May we all prosper from MINE.
