ASC should be embarrassed by their counter-slap. Should have remained silent.

I also notice that you use a variant of the word 'fraud' on at least two occasions. There is no fraud here and not by any means of the definition is ASC accusing AEGY of fraud. In fact, the word fraud doesn't even appear anywhere in the PR.
