It's cold, potential customer feedstock needs testing because they throw away such special stuff, untrained operators, bothersome women, unreasonable whales, thieving JV partners, securities laws, dampness, bad accountants and Oy vey, the residue!....they've got a million of 'em.

It has been a cold winter. Record lows, raging storms and State emergencies dealing with weather never experienced before this season. Refinery production down demand climbing up and you see it at the pump with every fill up costing more and more for the same amount of gallons. Last week 90.00 this week 120.00. 2013/2014 has been a cold harsh winter.
