It doesn't matter if the merger is real or not, the question is whether investors were intentional deceived by bogus PR and SEC filings. I can't speak for all investors, but 98% of Ihub posters drank the GLER Koolaid.

I am sure that Hawk's lawyers are working at resolving this situation with the SEC. My opinion is that if they succeed in working this out we will be trading on the pinks again soon....I have a strong feeling that this will be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties...contrary to ehat the <new people> who showed up after the halt will say.

no. the 10 day suspension is not some type of deadline. it is a warning to future investors.
