I read some posts how the 2 8k's filed were making a mockery of the system.

Guess the SEC felt the same way,

My question, the posts I have read say 99% of the time this goes to GREY market now and a 90% drop in value.

If these guys prove the merger is real to SEC, do we go back to trading but that would have to be proved in 10 days?

Which i am assuming is not very likely but is there only a 1% chance?

Is there liability? Are there any assets to go after?
