Post a copy and paste... This dividend is not money they are giving away... it's shares that have no value until they hit the market and traders give them value...it's already been approved by sec so it's happening...I believe hemaxellerate has already been approved by FDA with orphan drug status... I believe we will hear about it next week.

just GAAP lingo that they must put in there, no less than any business, company, financial institution etc.,. wouldn't do...similar to wording found in a company's prospectus where" a forward-looking statement or safe harbor statement is a statement that cannot sustain itself as merely a historical fact.
