The onerous is NOT on the term "platform" but the statement claim, "our products"

The company is depending the terminology "platform" to act as a red herring to skirt the otherwise illegality of profiting from the sale of marijuana, be it someone else's..


"They do not say they make profit from sales, but they say they make revenues from fees for service"

Revenues are where profit comes from. California law states the profits can NOT be made from tendering MJ, no matter the source.

They do not say Pharmajanes delivers but they say marijuana delivery services deliver the products
