there was nothing in Mondays news that pointed to a further accomplishment. one PR rehashed what was already done. the other was an analysis which is nothing but a forward looking statement. neither offers a reason for the stock to rise in PPS. Done deals will be what propels the stock price. few are bigger backers of DEWM than i am but Mondays news was not worth the money spent on the PR.s we already knew all of it. The stock should not be dropping as far as it is. i;s being manipulated. the only way it will stop is with more news of done deals not forward looking statements or PR's or whatever you want to label them.
