Also, I noticed no reasoned argument to the point that AEGY could be suspended right now for lack of current info, no SEC filings, as many symbols have been halted or suspended by SEC or FINRA. So, the fact remains, if the SEC smells something afoul with the obvious ties from AVNE to AEGY to SKTO they can and will act. There is nothing anyone can do to stop the SEC from performing their mandated duties. That's it.
