Thanks. I'm just a burned out attorney taking a mental break from reviewing an employee incentive bonus plan.

Not any smarter than the next guy, really, just well trained in how to communicate, that's all.

I also really can't stand to see or hear someone reach strange conclusions about the law. Drives me nuts, so I feel compelled to comment.
