I find it very telling that Benz and co have not addressed the obvious questions SH have about the shut down. What are they doing?! This should of been addressed publicly to all SH immediately ! Why have they not?! That last part , I believe is obvious.

Um, that post doesn't make any sense, for a number of reasons.

First, why would AVN@ file suit? You don't purposefully poke the bear. With the SEC, and any other governmental entity, for that matter, you just let them do their thing and play nice. AVN@ won't file suit.

Second, the SEC cannot legally suspend AEGY or SKTO simply because their parent has signed a purchase agreement with AVN@ that hasn't even closed yet. That doesn't make any sense, and the SEC cannot act without violations against which to act. As a governmental entity, they cannot act arbitrarily or capriciously.

Why would the SEC come and grab AEGY & SKTO? Seriously, if the SEC was going to do anything to AEGY & SKTO it would've happened when they put the Halt on the other company.
