Um, that post doesn't make any sense, for a number of reasons.
First, why would AVN@ file suit? You don't purposefully poke the bear. With the SEC, and any other governmental entity, for that matter, you just let them do their thing and play nice. AVN@ won't file suit.
Second, the SEC cannot legally suspend AEGY or SKTO simply because their parent has signed a purchase agreement with AVN@ that hasn't even closed yet. That doesn't make any sense, and the SEC cannot act without violations against which to act. As a governmental entity, they cannot act arbitrarily or capriciously.
