So, each share of owned NOVO is shared by 3,333 shares of AFPW

Meaning each share of AFPW own 1/3333 of a share of NOVO

... AND THIS MEANS...
1 share of NOVO at $33.33 adds $0.01 to 1 share of AFPW

1:3333

As for the share COUNT of NOVOFUEL, I AM SURE when 'the transaction' is finished with Genport, an increase of novofuel shares will have been done, and AFPW's 8% will be reduced dramatically, and I predict it will become 0.5%
