REFUTING Alumiman- DECEPTIVE MATH

I cannot refute 12,000,000 shares of Novofuel to AFPW, and am very embarased i MISSED THAT 10-Q and re: my earlier posts about thinking AFPW holders would receive Novofuel shares. AFPW got the shares.

HOWEVER- The Novofuel Articles of Incorporation only show 100,000,000 common shares created.

"The total number of shares of all classes of capital stock which the Corporation shall have
authority to issue is 110,000,000 of which 100,000,000 shares shall be Common Stock having a
par value of $.00l per share and 10,000,000 shares shall be Preferred Stock having a par value of
$.001 per share."

100,000,000 divided by 12,000,000 equals 8.33 percent.

So-

I DO SAY YOUR MATH SUCKS AND IS VERY DECEPTIVE.

AFPW OWNS 8.3 % of Novofuel
