Why should FHFA and Treasury keep such a record of their agreement for the sweep of profits? It was just a deal between friends that shouldn't have concerned anyone else.

Basically FHFA and Treasury admit that they did not keep an administrative record of their action to enact to the Net Worth Sweep. Uh oh...probably will not make the judge too happy.

We need conspiracy and fraud convictions against the federal government. Anything less puts the future of the democratic process in serious jeopardy while ushering in the age of socialism.

In other words, federal officials appear to have conspired—a word pregnant with implications but not unfair in this context—to treat shareholders more like characters in “Night of the Living Dead” than investors who had helped keep the fragile home market from total collapse.
