That's a good question Proto.

This is already moving forward and we expect to have initial proof of concept devices available for testing in late Q1 2014. This initial SOH effort will baseline and prove out the circuits. The next run will be coated with our polymer materials, which is slated for late Q2 2014.

Based on the above, one would assume that they've successfully baselined and proved out the circuitry, since they've submitted the final designs to OpSIS.

So I can't really tell from that line in your post Proto but is yours and anyone elses interpretation here that they are saying that the initial devices for testing in Q1 are not coated with our material and will just be used to prove that they work on their own? And that additional devices of the same type will be coated with our material late Q2 2014 (which I'm assuming is what the PR was about)?
