There's no doubt current bagholders will dump into any SP move higher and it may not have to be any big move higher. IMO unless the outcome of this "deal" is significant enough to get them out of most of their debt and the DB agreements they are going to continue to have big problems going forward. There are plenty of better bets out there is a huge understatement for sure.
It wouldn't surprise me to see the SP lower at some point after this supposed deal is consummated if we do get a pop on the news.
