With the potential that the company, DMC, FDA, Germans, Brits and who knows who else engaged in a debate about early approval and subgroup issues, it would seem that leaks are inevitable. Maybe that explains the rise, but I would expect it to rise even more. I just find it hard to buy into this theory. I vote for the someone forgot to fill out the forms properly scenario. Not as sexy, but more likely.
