Somebody please make that post a sticky!!!! It is one of the best analysis posts I have seen here!!! Also, did you know that there are hybrid li-ion battery Bikes being sold and built in China, Billions of bikes on the road in China!!!! Connect the dots. MVTG already has a China Subsidiary too.

I just wanted to add something...
Alstom being involved with MVTG means a lot more than an American company being involved with MVTG. Why? Because Europe is way ahead of U.S. in green technology and has a much greater commitment to investing serious money in green technology.
The article EcoMike posted here last week again reminded us that after almost 20 years...there are still only 15 Hydrogen fueling stations in the U.S. Only 15! No wonder PLUG and BLDP went nowhere for a decade! Even now they only really dominate forklifts. The U.S. is still an ICE nation.
Europe is a different story. China is figuring out that if they want to survive as a nation they are going to have to learn how to become more like Europe when it comes to embracing and spending on green technologies.
This is such a huge topic it could span many, many posts. But the barriers to commercialization are much, much smaller for MVTG than most realize. MVTG commercialization can't be compared to PLUG or BLDP. They don't rely or need Hydrogen. It will be much easier and faster for MVTG to get to market if they prove their tech is legit in more trials this year.
You think Alstom doesn't know that? It is why they are here. The U.S. might be slow to grasp this stuff, but the rest of the world is ready and willing to spend on it.
