Unfortunately, the BOD ignored TC then, as they will now and as they have ignored Bill Nasgovitz. They have also ignored the shareholders vote last year that they LOST and will continue to snub their noses at any type of accountability.
If TC gets any more vocal he may have to start his own board. I wonder why he's still in this stock if he has complaints. hummmmmmm
