Yes, Pearl has a half billion shares of PYCT. She doesn't seem to be all that happy about it.

Mario is Trojan Trust, which no doubt has a controlling interest in PYCT. Cerda is Mario's front man.

My opinion, Mario has been smartening up, a little, and no longer acting as officer or director in these POS companies, he's a consultant and in some cases resident agent, and pulling the strings from the outside with "beards" or front men to sign any paperwork.

Happens a lot. He and/or Trojan Trust will own a ton of stock though.
