He would have had to file a form 4 for that disposition. There's been confusion in his total of shares because he has norden and vpc holding title with furniture owning both and him as the ultimate owner.

He gives his atty power of atty to sign everything. I dont think I've seen vissers signature in too many places.

I guess there were good times in the last 2 month to sell step-by-step shares by Visser.
Good idea that his lawyer will be paid by shares and they still have 7.6Mil. shares ... what was the price when round about 8Mil. shares were changed hands? 0.01$? ... value of almost 80.000$.

Now his lawyer sold 241.400 shares for 0.3$ per share (73.000$). Everything what comes out from today is benefit for his lawyers, isn't it? ... JMO
