Burnt, if there's any value in the ACS and it was properly placed in the hands of shareholders, would JGB and company still be first in line, to the tune of about $40 million if memory serves? Why did JGB, etc. not go after Frank? Didn't think it worth the effort? Is that why Rik from all appearances bailed? No source code? Or a complete lack of interest in the product from buyers? Was it Rik's intention to use the ACS to sell the ADS, and is that an idea that might have worked? I take it those posts on the Ants board with Constantine's name in them were Frank?
