Jgb had the senior debt we tried to buy it back.Frank got in the middle of that so it failed.I was told jgb has a disk with the product but I can't answer to that.As far as posting I know one name was Cardinal I don't know about Constantine.I knew certain posts were Frank because he would say the same thing on the phone that was in a certain post.Mostly I was getting calls from guys in my group complaining about their suspicions he was posting.As far as Rik goes Frank refused to give him the source code that he recived from mike Song for consulting purposes as I was told.The then CEO disputes any license given to Frank at all and Frank told me it was an email.Would the company(Ants) survived probably not if they had the source code.I think companies were PO'd with the fiasco it had become including Frank.My point is that Frank had told me he evaluated the ACS at over 100 million.I told him it sounded unrealistic.But we'll never know if he turned it over if it could have been saved.The point his he ran off with what you and I paid for and is now trying to sell it.There are judgements against Ants in the millions,what if Rik could have sold the product and the shareholders would have gotten something.All of this was discussed and was to include the Ants shareholders Frank choose to be a rip off artist instead.
Rbb, that is a great question and i think really may be the crux of this discussion, at leas insofar as it relates to Ants.
Why did JGB, etc. not go after Frank?
you and i went back and forth on Ants board back when we all had a liquid investment... when all was said anddone, i sincerely viewed your opinion very highly... and i am glad you are here weighing in.
