I dont believe you. We will see what happens after march 15. With articles titled "short this pig" how can u claim there is no shorting? All im saying is it will be more difficult cause they wont be able to borrow an unlimted amount of shares to short now.

I do agree that shorting in penny stocks is rare, however, Tim Sykes crew and website proves that it does exist. There are websites and blogs dedicated to discussing which brokers are best for shorting penny stocks. This, with the fact that SBP is being cancelled, validates the fact that shorting was somewhat of an issue. Probably not as large of an issue as most are thinking, though.
