The SP may only move up as a deal is finally done and then ONLY IMO if PTQ makes out really well in the deal. I'm still skeptical of that happening to this point and the SP isn't telling us that now.
Concerning LP, IMO there's no doubt they've lost the concession rights and they just seem to be trying to make the claim that they still have them. Just like the outfit that PTQ took it away from when they got it. Remember that? Thinking they still have LP to me is again just wishful thinking on their part.
