Well you really haven't been watching AEGY for the last two weeks have you...to say that Alberta is causing this is really funny. go back and read the dd done since the beginning of Feb and the advancements made by AEGY and then come back to us and ask that question.

Alberta is not a concern for AEGY at the moment

Regarding the ASC, The fact that they cant trade in Canada is not really the big deal.... The biggest issue here is that the ASC actually put out a press release in response to a comment by AEGY in the 8K they filed on Febuary 10th of this year. The ASC stated that they tried to get a hold of AEGY after reading the feb 10th 8K and couldn't because of incorrect contact info on otcmakrets.com. The ASC then contacted the SEC pointing out that they were unable to contact them (AEGY)because the had listed bogus information on otcmarkets.com and in their fillings.

Now that the SEC is involved, this is where it could get scary for AEGY if the dont have the "ship in order" so to speak
