If this deal were so great for PTQ it would have the SP moving higher, that's a given. We all can see that's not the case.
IMHO if a deal does get done all it will do is give PTQ more time. How much time is anyone's guess. Whatever cash they get those still holding this dog had better hope they can pay off some of the debt, DB, and still have enough left over to get the HL going. That would seem to be our best case outcome at this point.
