I suggest that you name one biotech company, other than NNVC, with a $200,000,000 market value with less than 53,000,000 shares outstanding.
NNVC is the very epitome of a successful start-up in biotech with such minor dilution.

I'm curious. Please provide some examples of NYSE listed businesses.

Because there's so many scumbag companies that want to dilute and dump shares to stay alive and don't like when an article appears on Seeking Alpha gets in that way.
