Because there's so many scumbag companies that want to dilute and dump shares to stay alive and don't like when an article appears on Seeking Alpha gets in that way.

The roaches always scatter when the lights go on. Some of them do as NNVC is doing and try to bully Seeking Alpha into silence. All media companies of any size need an army of lawyers to defend against scumbags who which to put on muzzle on those exercising their first amendment rights.

The SwingTrade Portfolio was up 83.5% in 2013 and 348.6% since inception.
