I don't think that reflects reality Empty. I know for a fact that Nisse has been working very hard. Yap seems like a strange fellow, but if that is what it takes to get a few HK investors on board for SJAP then it will all be worth it. And the 2 new members really do add value IMO. Let's give them a chance.

The problem is the complexity here. With lawyers and regulators from many different countries having to review and approve everything. Add to that the staggering growth rate, and one has to concede that it is not easy to run this company. But like I said, mistakes have been made. Not all that many, actually. But with devastating effects for us.

Empty,

I would not jump to conclusions based on what we do not know, as we are not privvy to the options SIAF might be considering.

As someone else stated on this board recently, Yap might not be buying as he is involved in financing decisions and cannot buy. I went back and listened to the 3 previous cc and Yap stated that he was actively engaged in talks with premier private equity funds in the HK. Since then he has not been vocal on the recent cc. Maybe, it is time to change his last name or speak up. If Yap delivers on the funding, as he stated on one of the previous cc, then he might be the only adult for not buying SIAF shares (not quite the child you might think he is) on the indep BOD. The jury is still out on Yap.

Even if, Yap is in discussions to raise finds and the effort is not successful, and he buys, that is insider trading. To me, if Yap buys before a funding decision is announced, then Yap could not deliver on the funding. Shame on Yap.

Going to the cooler for insider trading is not fun. The fancy minimum security Fed prisons allow conjugal visits, but are also pound-me-in-the-ass places. I would rather not buy when negotiating funding for SIAF, and attend world class productions at the Sydney Opera house instead of spending time in a Fed prison.

Time to show us what you got Yap, aka foxy boy!

Empty,

Sandy requires a separate thread from Yap.

Sandy might be old but has been around the block a few times. As mentioned on this board, the young Turk he has appointed to run the Swedish sub might not be a wise choice. However, Sandy could rely on the energy the young fella brigs (Erik - are you listening?) to get things done through introductions from Sandy.

Penser got cold feet, but PWC got on board as an auditor. PWC signing up has something to do with Sandy. Even though PWC is the auditor for the Swedish sub only. That adds tremendous credibility to SIAF for FN and the OMX listing down the road. Swedish investors also lend credibility to SIAF, as make it stand out from being just another Chiscam.

As mentioned on this board, the lack of recent updates on the JF page is a very good sign, that something is in motion. Could not deliver by Feb 20, but as Shelly wrote - O Wind, If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind?

I think not, but I am biased and hopeful.

Having said that, it is time for Sandy to justify why a Swedish sub was formed and justify the cost involved in having a Swedish sub.

Sandy, show us what you got, as Yap should.
