RD, couple questions:
What makes you believe that Yap and Sandberg are working so hard to help the company. Even so where have been the results after more than a year of service. Working hard does not equate to working "smart" or being smart or having contact or being persistent. I don't see that in these guys from where I sit.
Having said that I picture you sitting in your flat or where ever you live, never met these guys (as I have not) so what gives you the inside track on how hard they are working. I can only go by results.
As for the new members, I agree, give them a chance.
