I have been hearing alot about "at any time the Fed could come in and shut them down". I can not envision the Fed going into a State that has legalized MJ and shutting things down. Obama has sent a clear message "marijuana is no worse then alcohol"..... which indicates to me that until 2016 there will be no interference. Now if we have a Republican president in 2016 then things could change, imo, but by then I am hoping there will be a few more States on board and it will be more difficult for the Fed to contemplate shutting things down. Colorado is going to collect over $136 million in taxes from this which has got to be making the other States "GREEN" with envy.
