Maybe if they offer to hook the GPS device up to school buses for free, some school will let kay the convicted felon monitor the location of all the school children... probly not.
Even when a company makes the mistake of entering into a contract with kay, he has failed to deliver 100% of the time. Rogue Paper is a prime example of kay making grandiose announcements with no intention of delivering.
