So being in the Biz for that long, you do understand that they can't do any interior work with out the proper permits.
A permit for a structure and a fence is all they have.
Permits to turn that barn into a manufacturing facility have yet to be seen, so any work being done there would be considered unauthorized...
Not to mention the crew it would take to turn that shell of a barn, with a dirt floor into a 3 story manufacturing facility. You're looking at 10-30 workers on site on any given day. Electricians, Plumbers, Tin knockers, Carpenters, Decorators, Laborers, hell maybe even an Iron Worker or two.
The local utility companies would also be out setting up the infrastructure necessary to run the manufacturing facility.
Instead all we have is pictures of a footing in the ice cold ground, some holes with long posts sticking out of them and the most expensive storage barn in history sitting in the background.
This facility in months away from completion.
