"10-30 workers on site on any given day" . . thats just ridiculous. Contractors are often offered their own (time windows) to do their work. It makes little sense to have the concrete guy doing a slab pour-out while the plumber is installing underground pipes and the electrician is running trenches . maybe 2 unrelated crews of 4 or 5 guys tops! . think about it for a sec

.. I SEE a MAJOR construction project underway and I see NO reason why the CITY inspection department couldnt green-light interior work to another building on-site . Many towns only have one inspector per trade .. it is BOTH logical and time saving to allow the inspectors to approve COMPLETED items to all buildings on site during their visits. It's NO secret that FITX will start growing in the first building BEFORE the one that is NOT YET built. . IMO the city is going to be a MAJOR ally to expediting this project. Green Lights will come fast and easy from Phase to Phase ..especially if the contractors are "known" local guys. I've had inspectors that have known me for years just tell me to take a pic for filing purposes because they TRUST my work so much ..

..AGAIN >> Putting that Security fence up NOW seems like a "give-away" to PHASE1/BUILDING 1 .. coming soon . . Shareholders want it. Bill wants it. The city wants it. Canada wants it .. Patients want it . . License is coming. Not IF / WHEN .. JMHO!

Great observation. You'd think their pictures would include workers and machinery to show progress...instead, all the pictures ive seen were of a backhoe that looked out of gas and a white colored barn. The photo with a brinks money truck in the dirt driveway is classic pump.
