blueskywaves, like what you are saying in the ref post and betting strong here that it's on target. 3g is going to be around for a long time, and getting those royalty rates right will be a lot more important for InterDigital's interests over the long term than the date they were signed. Sure enjoy your company around here. The green eye shade sleuths form the dark side were beginning to push my mean buttons. Whew! Sunshine and cool breezes again.

For some unfathomable reason, setting IDCC management up to fail rather than succeed on a whole range of issues does seem to occur with some degree of regularity on this board. I recognize that would be a tactic employed by shorts but that can't possibly explain all of it.
