The shell status is one of the main reasons i brought it. I see it as an opportunity to dump the whole restaurant vibe and emerge from the shell status in one defined direction..that direction being "MJ". In dealing with/trading "Gelman companies" over the years, I think i have a pretty good idea on how he operates....A good enough idea to throw a few grand at it anyway....
