There is new push for CA to get a proposition with enough signatures for legalization in 2014.
Most likely 2016 tho....

however i think we will see dramatic changes way before Recreational is passed.

If you don't live here then you don't understand the ebb and flow of regulatory influx Marijuana has been on for the last 15 years.

Now that other states are in full swing, the FEDS aint touchn $hit. And the local countys will start allowing more business to occur.

CA used to stick out like a Green Thumb ;) now we got some buddies

So we don't need REC to get goin.

We just need dispensaries to become widespread as they were a couple years ago, and without a swift ending from the feds, which now is the time.
