I have read all of your posts. And I agree with the points you have made on compensation, in terms of approaching excessive status.
However, when you start lumping in IDCC's licensing terms with the world's largest manufacturers in your overall argument, I can only shake my head.
Clearly, anyone who has followed the telecom sector in the last five years is not surprised at the timeliness of 3G deals and 3G production (or lack thereof). And here you are inferring that IDCC, probably the smallest player in the entire WCDMA arena, is holding back for the benefit of management's personal portfolios. Honestly, I find that argument ludicrous.
